Harvest Cay is an NCL-owned private island off the coast of Belize. In a way, it is like Costa Maya (clean and fake) but if you are a beach person, NCL has done a nice job of providing an island experience for you. Unlike NCL’s other private island (Great Stirrup Cay), nothing is free here. You pay for food and drinks. There is a zipline here as well. To be fair, there is a small aviary and butterfly area that you go through for free. There are also shops where you can part with your $$$.
